  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), Google (analytics), and social media platforms (content publishing) — only as necessary to operate the Platform
  • Public display: Artist profiles, listings, and gallery content are publicly visible by design to promote artists and connect them with buyers
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Nonprofit operations: Aggregated, anonymized data may be used in grant applications and impact reports for Anna Arts Council

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. Publicly posted content (listings, gallery items) associated with a deleted account will be anonymized or removed.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
